I just called Epilog this morning and got permission to post my CDR's of boxes based on their original design.

I made 5 different types, 2 for 1/8" thick material, in 12"x24" sheets and 3 for 1/4" material in 6"x24" sheets.
the large 1/4" was originally 2 pages, but I combined to make one page (out of bounds now for a 6x24" sheet). Just in case some aren't used to seeing multipaged files. Have to be careful when sending to laser, and check which page you're meaning to send. Combining forces you to arrange how it'll work for you.
Once you get used to using the vector tool, and selecting certain nodes and moving only those, it's pretty easy to make these any size. You can't just stretch the whole thing or that screws up the tabs. So what I did is nothing spectacular. But I thought I'd share anyway.
