Yeah. I choose the dewalt over festool. It has been absolutely great at a much better price.

The Dewalt track saw is a great saw and and know a number of pro cabinet builders , that prefer it over Festool.

IMHO Mafell is a really great track saw , pricey but will give years of trouble free use. Much better saw than the Festools.

Ohhh, that Bosch does look good. I doubt they'll be bringing it over anytime soon though. It's been out for a couple of years (minimum) already.

It is remarkable how similar that saw is to the Festool track saw. I'd think Bosch would try to invent some points of difference. I watched the whole video, and saw only two small differences. The Bosch does not have a riving knife, but the Festool does. The Bosch has what looks like a better scheme for joining two rails together. However, Festool's track is wider, so you can put a clamp on it without having to buy an expensive special clamp that slides inside.
