I tried Festool sandpaper, and it teared too much for my liking. I'd like to try Klingspor but I dont want to get 50 of each grit.

Im interested in their 6" and their 3.5"

Im thinking

10 of each?
60
80
120
150
180
220
320

If you're interested let me know. When I get 5 people we can split the cost. And ill buy em all and then ship em out to each person. They should fit in a USPS 6$ Envelope. Roughly $28 for 3.5" & $37 for 6" depending if they are still on sale.

Let me know

Better paper and pricing than Klingspor...
Call and a ask about the smaller sandpaper. $16.95 for 50 discs. I do purchasing for commercial companies and have bought from them all over the last 40 years.

Just be sure that whatever non-Festool sanding disks you buy have the proper center hole...it's critical for the dust extraction. I can understand the reluctance of buying "50 of each grit", but in my experience, for the papers you use regularly, that's pretty cost effective. I keep 80, 100, 120, 150 and 180. (120-180 gets the most use) I have a bunch of other finer stuff acquired privately that I almost never use. I also have some 60 grit for the Rotex for "metal reconditioning" or sculpting, but rarely use it.

Any issues with dust collection? I see the disks listed at this link are only 9 hole and the others are the 17 hole.

From what people have told me, no. If you are worried you could drill extra holes, but even festools website says their old 9 hole paper is compatible with their jetstream style hole pattern
