RayJet laser questions

I am looking at the RayJet 300 into my business. I have been using an older Xenotech rotary and am looking to upgrade to a laser. I do 80% trophies & plaque along with some small signage. Looking to do more custom acrylic and wood work. I was just wondering how the users on here think of this maching.
