I accidentally broke the part of my Helix where gantry attaches to the belt (raised the cutting table up too far.. whoops). After a short wait (3 minutes or so), they helped me diagnose the problem quickly and are overnighting the part to me (at no cost). I've also had to call them a few more times over the past week, and they've been incredibly helpful and easy to work with. They also tried to find someone locally with an extra part, and had my regional rep call me to see if he could help.
