The paper is pricey but could be useful for sanding shapes and moldings.

I have them but, don't buy the paper. The paper that came with them stuck so well I was lucky to get it off without destroying the foam. Your usual abrasives cut just big enough to where you can get a grip on them work fine. When you have a profile to sand that is in that scale, they are just the thing.
