Why am I seeing Ads?

When I opened SMC today I noticed I was seeing advertisements at the top of each page. I checked my settings and it says that Ads are turned off. So why am I seeing Ads?

I made a lot of changes to your account this morning. You should have the capability to turn off ads again.
