can't get Braille to work

I originally had trouble down loading the file (not a computer wizard ) had one of the computer geeks do it. Now the problem is that when I go to translate the text I get a fault "compile error in hidden module:frm Braille" . The geeks I talk to never seen that fault and have no idea what to do with it. Can some body help please I have a couple samples to send out and I would like to at least have it look right.

Did you download the one offered here?
Are you running Corel Draw?

I just downloaded it this weekend and I have no problem using it. Did you follow the directions on the download and running the exe file? You then need to go to the macro and use it through there. It will install a tool on your Corel work area.
