Has anyone used one of these tailstock turret?

The idea looks good to me but I was wondering how you make sure the tool you were using was lined up properly to the head stock?

I have used them, they work. You have to mentally keep track of where the bits are or you can rip your arm open. DAMHIKT!

It only took me one time.

I was working in a small production job shop where time was money. Every one of the smaller lathes had one of these set up. I wasn’t the only one sliced open, I saw it happen 2-3 times in the short time I worked there. I wondered how much time the shop owner was really saving with them.
