Corel Draw Resize objects macro

Anyone know of a macro for Corel Draw x4 to resize selected objects by a percentage but leave the objects in place?

Someone provided this macro (http://www.cdrpro.ru/node/3052) on another forum. Works great! If using google chrome you should get a pop up asking to "translate" the page, hit yes. You can download the macro there.
