Help ID makers of these tools?

So I bought this lot of tools at our local sawp meet - trying to ID each set.

And what are the smaller ones used for - pens and such?

The first set looks like the cheap Chinese woodcarving chisels, $4 to $5 a set off of eBay. I don't have a clue on the others.

Appears they are not made well - very light too
