At 4:30 min. into this video. The host is sitting in front of a bench with some type of metal working tool on it. It has a T handle on the top and some gears showing. I know I have seen it before. But it is driving me bonkers trying to think of what it is. So do you know? What it is and who sells it?

At 4:30 into the vid the guy is rambling on about his woodworking philosophy...no tools in site, nor does the next scene doesn't fit your description. Re-check your time.

Over the guy's right shoulder (left side of the frame) there's a green machine with a big gear on the front sitting on the bench. I wonder if it is some sort of small roller thing for bending strap stock.

That is it. I knew I saw it somewhere. It was at Harbor Freight.
