Morris Chair

I have started my first big project (Morris Chair) and just got into it on the
weekend, Iam sure it is going to take two or three months for completion and I would like to get some finishing ideas.

I would like to keep away from stains and perserve the white oak in it`s natural beauty,if someone could lead me in the right direction on how to be successful at keeping the chair in it`s *Natural Look* It would be very much appreciated.

I have used this on cherry and it came out great, should do well on white oak.
