Camtech L20 owners, use of chiller

Hi, I was wondering if the chiller on the Camtech L20 laser had to used to fire the laser. Or is it for when you vector mostly. I am considering on buying an Camtech L20 laser 25 watt. For the most part are you happy with your laser. Looking for some feed back on this laser. I know they went out of business years ago. Are parts readily availably?
