Thanks for the video. It's always fun to see the details of someone else's process. Great stool too. A couple thoughts for what little they may be worth:

- Are you hurrying with the Gorilla Glue because it has a short open time? If so, you might want to try LV's GF 2002 PVA - high solids and a bit longer open time.
- I think your backsaw could use a sharpening. ;-)

Open time was fine for this and yes indeed I need to sharpen it!
