Hi there,
I am after some advice and help from fellow wood carvers, I am wondering if anyone knows of any woodcarvers in Asia or important wood carving sites to visit?
The reason being is that in november this year I am setting off on my bicycle to cycle across Asia, with the aim of documenting wood carving across this incredible continent. Aiming to cycle through 14 countries across Asia and interview hundreds of wood carvers. From the big carving factories to the small local wood carvers, from the islands of Indonesia and hills of northern Thailand, to the mountains of Nepal and plains of India.
I'm looking to gather as much information as possible prior to leaving in November and would love to hear from you.
