Attaching Face Frame

Looking for ideas on attaching a face frame to the carcass of a vanity. Best guess at the moment is to rabbit the carcass and dado the frame for it or maybe go with biscuits. You'll be able to see the outsides and one of the inside surfaces.

Hi Bob,

I think the prevailing wisdom is the biscut route, however, if it's going to be painted I just use a air nailer and putty the holes...

Both methods work well. Using rebates does require you to have a bit more precision on the fit. The biscuits primarily provide alignment just as the rabbits do...it's the glue that does the work.
