Here is the second box I made........I figured why stop with one? ;)

This one is Red Oak, with Black Walnut Inlay, and Cherry bottom molding and lid. This one didn't quite turn out as expected, but I like it anyway. (Sometimes, the Mutt is the best Dog!) This box is 6 1/4" x 4 1/2" x 3 7/8" tall. The side stock is 1/4" and the lid and molding are 1/2" and 3/8", respectively. This little guy will have a hinged lid when finished. Thanks again for taking a gander, I appreciate it!

Two in one day???? takes me a week just to saw up the parts.

I really like the way the finger joints aren't symmetrical. Just a little thing, but it pulled in my eye to look at everything more closely.
