View Full Version : Craftsman A C Rotary Trim-Cutter missing parts

My neighbor inherited it and gave it to me because he has no interest in woodworking. The model number is 183.17254 and it is kind of like a large Dremel, a power unit and a bunch of attachments. Sears website shows it and gives a parts breakdown but I havent found an owners manual and several of the parts are obsolete. The one piece I have to have is the nut that tightens down the collet that holds the tool and naturally it is obsolete. I did some measuring and the thread size is 14mmX1mm. Anyone have a clue where I could try to find at least this part? Thanks much, Jim.

Looks kinda like the older rotozip... I see parts for those on ebay often.
