Saw Smith RAS

Anybody have any experience or know anything about the Saw Smith RAS? Looks to be in good shape and is relatively inexpensive? Any thoughts?

I don't know anything about the Saw Smith, but I am in the camp that says if you want a good one get an old round arm Dewalt or older Rockwell/Delta/ Red Star.
