I don't know if you have seen the original post or not on the stop but you really need to make a set. I makes things so much faster and easier to set the edge reference.

This last week I was doing a bunch of holes and was switching from the stop to no stop and my thumb was getting a little soar from pushing the stop up and down. So here is the 1.5 version of the stop.
All I did was to cut a washer in half and brazed it to the stop, makes things much nicer and faster. I also moved the stop to the front set of holes so I did not have to worry about the reference block being centered. I know the brazing job looks kind of bad but I could not find my welding goggle and just could not see what I was doing.
Just an overview. The Cap screw is 1 1/4" long (threads), the spring is 3/4" long and it made if 1/16" stock. The stop is 1 3/16" x 1/2" x 1/16".
