Has anyone ever made a set of TV trays, if that's the correct name? The only ones I can find to buy are too plain and very cheaply made. Looking for either a couple images or plans.
Thanks

There are plans for a general purpose serving tray in a Taunton press book. I'm not at home so I can't check, but I'm almost positive that it is this one "In the 18th Century Style: Building Furniture Inspired by the Classical Tradition", ISBN: 1561583979.

I've seen a couple threads on this forum about breakfast trays intended for eating while in bed, perhaps you could adapt one of those.

I made two sets from WOOD magazine plans, which were in issue 122(March 2000).
I made them from red oak and walnut. I'm currently working on a set for my wife out of white oak and walnut. The walnut ply I got had VERY thin veneer, so I had to make my own walnut veneered panels for the tops.
