Very nice bowls and very nice on the shape. I didn't think I would like the look of zebrawood bowls, but....you have changed my mind. Those are wonderful!!! :D

Hi Adam,

Your bowls are great, a very nice form. I like zebrawood, at times it can be a very demanding wood to work with, however looks like you have it mastered.

Real nice, Adam!

When I first read "Zebra Set", I was thinking more on th eline of pens or other spindle type object as the grain of Zebrawood wouldn't lend itself to a bowl!

Thanks for setting me straight on that one  They are fantastic! Great job!

Adam, nice, very nice. I recently turned my first zebra wood bowl and found it to be a great project. I really like your "herd" of bowls and they look like they came from the same flitch of wood. One thing, when you were turning did it seem to you like the zebra wood contained lots of "dirt-like" substance? Mine did. Also, one of the things i have found by experimentation is that when finishing a dense tight pore wood like zebra or cocobolo you can use automotive rubbing compound as a finishing agent for a glass-like finish. Much cheaper than EEE polish which I am very fond of, so I save the EEE for the final finish.
