This is a test - mainly to see if I could post a photo. After many tries and lots of help from Jim and others, It appears as though I may have succeeded. We shall see when this gets posted. I do not believe I could do it again.
The shaving horse is one of my latest fun projects and it seems to grip the work tightly without hardly any foot pressure. I used a variety of wood I had and purchased only the 3/8 x 5" lag bolts for the vise axels.
Now i need to return to mortising the legs for my new workbench build.
