Do you know about the biomass thermal energy? How it is different from biomass energy?

Alex,

The potential energy in biomass (plant matter, etc.) can be tapped for a number of uses: to generate electricity, for instance, or to provide direct heat as another example, and that's biomass thermal energy, essentially burning plant matter for home or office or industrial heating purposes. Those wood burning stove pellets are a good example.

At least that's my understanding.

You're focusing on the biomass part, right? There wasn't any mention of thermal mass to go along with that, was there?
