So I decided to hit an estate sale on the way home from work. Previous owner was a machinist for Harley Davidson so lots of metalworking tools and some woodworking.

Not bad for $30

The backsaw is 10" #3 Disston, older version from what I can tell. Not sure what to do with this one yet. Hope I can turn it into a nice user.

The D8 is around 1950 or so. Nice and clean

Block planes as both Stanley's. a clean 220 with logo. The other is an adjustable mouth with SW blade. not sure what model yet as it is 7" long.

The combination rulers are all L-S-Starrett.

Hi Corey,

Cool find. What Malcolm said....Starrett, especially. With the shape of the tote, the D-8 looks older than the 50s I think, though.
