Just kept the 1/2" blade on there, so some of the tight curves were a little choppy. Took about 15 minutes total. I still have to smooth the edges and paint it.
The uh oh is the gears I heard turning in both my son and my wife's heads. "Is it done already?" "No, I have to smooth it and paint it, Michael."
My wife - "Wow, that was really fast. That bandsaw will come in handy, huh?"
Ya think I'm gonna get some additional requests - beyond a shield to go with the sword?
All that aside, I'm am very pleased with the saw. I may have to buy a narrow blade and put the cool blocks on to see how it does on really tight curves...
