I have a combined BMP image and text I want to do on black granite. I can invert the image (only) in Corel Draw but the text would need to be filled with a light color to make it work. I see the option in LaserCut to Invert colors is that the way the folks who know do it?
Point me to the process and I can go from there.

Inverting images can be a pain, especially the backgrounds.

you can invert text, you just need to change it to curves first...

Couldn't you just change the fill properties on the text in Corel?

For some reason when I include the text filled either light grey or white in the BMP Export Lasercut does not see the text and it does not engrave. Maybe I need to Export the Text as another File?

Once you've changed the text color, flatten the image so the entire thing is one big bitmap, then export. Any issues with text should disappear, because it's no longer editable text in the machine's eyes, it's just a big bitmap.
