Flexibrass cutting

Just curious if any one else is having problems cutting Flexibrass with PSA? I have used this product many times with no real issues but in the last week I have had a real problem cutting all the way through the adhesive backing. The plastic cuts cleanly but I have lowered the speed from 80 to 40 and even added some power and the paper barely begins to cut through. I have had to take a knife and finish cutting the pieces out. Not sure what's going on but just curious if anyone else is having any issues. Not a big deal, just a bit frustrating. Would be a real pain if it were a big job or one with a complex cut line.
