We celebrated Canada Day on Tuesday, kind of weird, go to work Monday, have Tuesday off.

It is warm and humid here. I took a quick dip in the ocean this morning and then took the dogs for a long walk to calm them down before the obligatory fireworks in the neighborhood. They shoot off the fireworks display in the harbor which is about one mile down the beach. The park is filled with families picknicing and the beach is filling with families from further inland.

We'll have a relatively american supper from the grill and then walk to the harbor to watch the fireworks. Just another day at the beach. Pretty great all in all.

We got lucky this year and had a great day weather wise. Temps in the high 70*'s with low humidity. Fantastic.
