Graphic Overlay for Control Panel

I would like to make a new overlay for the control panel on my CNC router. It's seen better days and the buttons are worn through in some areas. What is the recommended material to make one of these in a laser and where can I get some? Any suggestions or tips are also appreciated.

They are normally made of polycarbonate film that is screened on the reverse side , held down on the actual switch/control panel with glue or thin double sided tape.
