One of my wife's nieces is getting married this weekend so I made a natural edge vase for her. It is a piece of walnut burl that had worm holes and lots of dirt that had to be cleaned out. I filled the holes with Inlace turquoise and brass key filings. The reason I went to all of the trouble to do that is that the wood came from my wife's family farm. It is 5"W x 5 3/4"H. It was dipped in a blend of oils and then Beall buffed. C&C welcomed.
