A real nice Fathers day

After church, I announced to the wife I wanted a Fathers day burrito for lunch at our local Del Taco. Not only did she go for it, she surprised me with a list of Lowes stores, where she said we should go hunting for more Bessey Clamps. Four more stores, all cleaned out; too bad but still had a nice drive, then we went to the son's airplane hanger where he made burgers for everyone, and we hung out till almost 9PM.

Nothing super special, but it was a real nice day. Tomorrow it's back to work on the eight year remodel.

Sounds like a great day with the family.

I spent the afternoon with my two daughters for lunch and a visit to our Botanical Gardens for the annual butterfly exhibit.

Ditto on the nice day comment. I like days like that.

LOML took me to museum to see Imax 3D D-Day movie. It was great. Then to HD to get the Ryobi 18V battery special - drill, impact driver, 2 batteries and charger $99. Got the veteran 10% discount so $89 + tax.
