Sterling bandsaw

I have an opportunity to buy a Sterling brand 14" bandsaw. A few questions:
anyone hear of this brand of saw?
if so, is it any good?
if so, is $225 a reasonable price?

Unknown brand of band saw. You have many other brand options. Look online or search used band saws on CL.

Taiwanese import. $225 may be a bit high, although if it's in pristine condition, it may work for you.

Yeah, he sold it. Upon looking carefully at the top, I think it was pretty rusty. It was probably really overpriced.
