Actually she probably wouldn't like the term "old" but we use to date in the 80's in high school. She wanted a gift for her husband for their 5th anniversary the "wood" anniversary so she found me on FB. It's mad of Bubinga & Amboyna Burl. Please enjoy.

Thanks guys, after this I plan on doing more turning though. I really miss my lathe. I'm in the middle of moving so 1/2 my shop is at one house & 1/2 at the other.

Really fine work. My robustos would love to reside in there.

Holy Moly ! That's some corner detail. The whole thing is grandiose and suave .. a real jewel.

Stunning! Is there a way to humidify the cigars, and a humidistat?

Thanks everyone. I'll try to dig up more pics. These take an enormous amount of time to build & with my move, I probably won't have another one done for a while.
When I ship it, I send a humidifier and a digital hydrometer. The analog ones with a dial are very inaccurate. Look nice but almost worthless.

Beautiful as always, Bill. How to you attach the lattice bottom to the tray sides?
