Trying to get acquainted with my machine. Someone I am sure has asked this before but searches don't bring it up. I have Corel X6 set up for metric, make a rectangle a certain size and save and then Export as a DXF fine. It comes into LaserCut as much smaller than the actually is or was? How do I maintain the Scale?
This version 3.3 of LaserCut does not seem to have a Corel software patch.

Never got anything. If your LaserCut requires a Dongle it won't work.

Yes I figured out the Scaling thing. Use Corel to create and then Object property to Size correctly. Export via DXF and make sure the MM instead of Inches is clicked. Created 30 mm and the cut was 30 mm both the square and circle.

When you import in from Corel, in Lasercut there is likely a 'measurement units' setting that needs to be set for mm.

In Corel, it doesn't matter if you're working in mm or inches, what matters is the "export units" in the DXF export dialog box is correct (mine is inches, yours would need to be mm)

I found DXF is not as reliable as exprorting as an AI 3 or 8 file format to the china software. Also .plt is a great format the export in.
