Eucalyptus burl HF

This is a eucalyptus burl HF. I've made several hollow forms from this burl and really like the defects and open spaces that develop as the piece gets thinner.

Woods are eucalyptus burl and African blackwood. It measures 6.5" in width and 13" tall with the final.

Very nice. I thought it was a pierced piece at first glance. Hardly looks like enough solid wood there to hang on to turn. Up close, it should get lots of comments.
