Hello all,

I am considering purchasing a Grizzly router table extension for my Grizzly 1023S table saw, to save some floor space in my shop. I plan to use my Bosch 1619 3.5 hp router. Does anyone have any experience with it?

I have the 1023RLW, it comes with the router table extensions. It looks a bit different than your pic, no T-Tracks or fence.
The extension table was dead flat and I use the TS fence for routing. I did not have room for a separate router table, so it's been great in that respect.
The design to clamp the router to the underside of the table is clunky and awkward to say the least, it's poorly designed. However, once clamped the router stays put. I've this setup for 3 years, in a professional shop and it's held up well.
hope that helps.

If the fence could be used on either side of the cutter, that'd be handy. Most of the time I like the fence between the router and the TS blade so I can stand in front of the fence and move stock from right to left/back to front like a typical router table. There have been times however with large pieces when it's handy to be able to use the TS table for support and feed from front to back.
