My wife and I bought some organic russet potatoes from Publix the other day, and they were so hard after boiling we had to throw them out. I am glad you had better fortune with yours. That is a first time failure for my Alabama potato salad. Recipe was my grandmothers. Don't but organic anymore!!!!!!
