I don't think you folks realize how very useful and nice it is to have a resource like the SMC forums. Here there is always good info, discussion, reasoned and differing opinions.

The simple act of sharing (and encouraging the sharing) of pictures, and even the gloats, are a constant friendly pressure that goads me to learn more, have fun, work smarter, share more and post picts :-)
