Sure, here's a photo of a typical one, looks like it could drill a hole anywhere on a sheet of plywood.

It probably also has a coffee maker option so you can have a cup of coffee while watching it drill holes.:D

Any cmc machine will drill anywhere and any size you tell it to, as long as you don't go outside it's parameters.

I knew that you must stay inside its parameters BUT do they made a drilling machine with 4x8 feet parameters

CNC routers that will drill a hole anywhere within a 4 X 8 foot area are extremely common. You can buy them much larger than that. The truth is you can buy machines that will do almost anything within reason if you have enough money.
