I bought some cutoffs from 8020 on ebay, they have different sizes, I got 3/4" x 1 1/2" T slot for an assembly table. To fasten it, I drilled it every 4" and tapped it then used 1/4" bolts from the underside. If you buy multiple pieces, they adjust the price of shipping, so get enough all in one purchase.

www.framingtech.com. You can ask if they have leftover pieces in the rack and get a better price. There is a difference between 80/20 and bosch dimensions so be sure what you need. Also get their Tnut bar stock. You can cut to length and the stock fits the slots exactly. Dave

Look for an automation company near you, google Bosch extrusions. You will find a supplier near you.

If its 8020 aluminum. I get all mine on EBay. I've used it on two router machines and one panel saw. Never been able to get a better price on Amazon.

What do you want it for and how much or how long. I have a lot of experience with this product.

I am travelling from the United kingdom and visiting Boston and New England for a 2 week holiday with my family The plan wasto purchase a length of extrusion to use at a future point in time The size of my suitcase will limit the size of the extrusion
To be honest I do not know what I will use the extrusion for but thats part of the fun
My first thought was to make a jig for cutting finger jionts on a table saw
I would be interested to see how other members use the extrusion
