Need a Good one !

Good Morning Y'all, I am in need of a good quality Lathe Duplicator. A gentleman at Church needs 15 Spindles duplicated. I know I couild do it with calipers,Etc. but what a long time that would take. Anyone know of a "good one"? I've looked in the PSI catalog,Rockler,Woodcraft,General Int'l. This would be used in the future as well. I need some help. Thanks, Marty

What lathe do you have Marty? I know the Vega duplicators are well regarded. You can sometimes find them on eBay or CraigsList.

+1 on what Doug said. The Vega is the one I see all the time. There might be more out there, but the Vega is proven.

I have seen a rod with "flippers" to indicate change in diameter at transitions and major points that would drop when you got to the diameter at that point. That would eliminate the measuring and something you could make.
