VL-200 outlining only

Our school has a VL-200 that we are trying to set up in a different building. We have got it up and running but when we print an job it is only out lining the text. On the interface it shows up as if it were lasering the fill in the letters but it is only out lining on the materials.

Are you in vector mode or Raster, If you want the letters filled in you need to be in raster mode.

but the only way to change the mode is to change the color of the font. In coral Draw I have the font RGB Black

Well I'm not familiar with you UVL but maybe I'd try changing color and see what happens. On mine I just tell it to raster or cut. Don't know how it works on a UVL.
