I just returned from four of the most interesting and tiring days of my life. I went to the symposium at BYU and got to meet some of the foremost wood turners in the world. We started our day with breakfast about 6:30 in the morning and then went to the symposium after which we returned to the motel about 9:00 in the evning. There was so many different turning demo's at one time that we all had a hard time trying to figure out which one to go to. While there i also went to the Yahoo penturners meeting and got to meet a lot of those people also. One of the things that I like to turn is corn cob pens and I spent much of that night giving directions on turning and finishing corn cobs. If anyone evers gets a chance to attend that symposium I would recommend it highly.
