I just bought a SawStop PCS. The front fence tube arrived damaged (possible shipping), called them and they immediately sent me a new one, no questions asked, and it arrived the next day, and it was packaged extra well to make sure it arrived safely. Also I submitted my rebate for the free upgrade to a mobile base, and it arrived in 2 days.
In this day and age of terrible customer service and companies always giving you the run around, I was shocked at how nice and prompt they were. It makes me even happier that I gave them my business.
