Ordering From McFeelys

I have ordered on line from them before but do not remember needing to have a user id and password established by them, you cannot do it on line, to place an order. Is this something new?

I do not believe I set up a user id and password when I ordered previously.

McFeeley's recently changed hands. Sold by Grainger to a smaller operation. They have had some hiccups but are getting things ironed out. I have placed several orders since changing hands and have recieved everything but a metal cabinet for their small plastic sorters. Still on order. I ordered a Festool T12+3 online a couple of weeks ago and set up a new id and password then. Got the drill kit for $200. They had to rebuild the website so I guess they are now requiring the id. You can order from the 800 # without an id though.

Ditto to above on using 800 #. Ordered several things couple weeks ago that way and got them quickly, no problem.

Their website is a bit iffy since the sale, but last week they sent me a "Master Catalog" ... which will be a big help until their web site issues get resolved.
