Does lexan dull joiner and planner blades? How about table saw and bandsaw blades?

Lexan shouldn't dull a blade any faster than wood. Just make sure that it's regular polycarbonate and doesn't contain fillers for strength. In fact, I'm not even sure if glass-filled polycarbonate is even availble under the Lexan brand name. So, just avoid anything that says "glass-filled" on it. I think it would be rare to find it, so I doubt it's anything you should be concerned about.

My concern with cutting plastic would be getting melted material on the blades. Make sure you feed quickly enough to prevent burning/melting and you should be ok.

Let's hope you don't plan on trimming more than 1/64" at a time, even less if possible. I've had lexan accidents before and they're not pretty!
