Buying Blum Tandems in Canada - Home Depot vs Lee Valley

I'm sourcing out 21" Blum Tandem drawer slides in Canada.

Home Depot seems to carry the same thing although it says from Richelieu for $54.99: http://www.homedepot.ca/product/tandem-slide-with-blumotiom-22-in/902196

2 Questions:

1. Are these the same thing? ie authentic blum tandems?
2. Do you know any other Canadian source that might be cheaper?

There has to be a cheaper source. They can be had for about $18/pr at AH Turf. I assume you are talking about the 563H.

well the one at Home Depot its model number is T560H5500B which seems to indicate its the 560H not the 563H. What's the difference?
