Planer Sharpening

Hopefully it's ok for me to post this here, but is there anyone in the Central Indiana area that has a way to sharpen planer blades? Or instructions on how to make a jig that I can use on my 8" slow speed grinder or belt sander to sharpen them?

Here ya go Jason,this is the one I use on my planer knives.The one for my jointer knives is the same except I rub the knives on a piece of granite with 400 grit paper glued on it.So I hold it inside down.
